Founded by best-selling author Ambrosia Hawthorn in 2019, Witchology Magazine was originally a monthly publication that set out to inspire, enthrall, and educate. The magazine quickly gained a regular readership and Ambrosia enlisted the assistance of Sarah Justice to act as Co-Editor.

In 2020, freelance writer Louisa Dean and graphic designer Christie Beauchamp took over the running of the magazine, supported by Sarah Justice as Managing Editor.

The new Witchology team redesigned and rebranded the magazine and relaunched it into a quarterly format in December 2020. The focus of the magazine was shifted to uplift key and marginalised voices within the witchcraft community while shining a light on the latest music, books, tarot decks, and small businesses.

Since 2020, the magazine has sold in over 43 countries and has increased its readership by more than 89%.

We have many exciting plans for the magazine, and we can’t wait to share the journey with you.
